As our HR Intern, you’ll help attract great talent, sharpen our employer brand, and keep our internal HR channels up to date. You’ll work closely with HR colleagues on projects like onboarding and learning & development, while getting hands-on experience with our tools, content, and day‑to‑day HR operations. It’s the perfect opportunity to grow, experiment, and shape the employee experience together with us.

Your responsibilities

Recruitment & talent operations

  • Screen applications and help manage candidate pipelines in our ATS (Jobylon).
  • Explore and support our talent platforms for sourcing and talent pooling.
  • Support interviews.

Employer branding & content

  • Build and maintain a forward-looking content calendar, propose formats, and plan posts.
  • Create on‑brand visuals in Canva; update photos on the website and adapt visuals where needed. This in collaboration with our internal designer.

Website & intranet

  • Help refresh HR pages on our website and support updates on the HR intranet.

People & projects

  • Support onboarding logistics and materials; contribute to learning & development activities.
  • Keep track of goodies/inventory and provide project support where useful.
  • Contribute to organising internal and external events.

Your profile

  • A genuine interest in HR, recruitment, and employer branding.
  • Strong organisation and follow‑through; you enjoy taking ownership.
  • A good eye for content and detail; basic Canva skills are a plus.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools/ATS (Jobylon) and learning new systems.
  • Clear writing skills in Dutch and/or English; French is a plus in our Brussels context.
  • A collaborative, respectful mindset with discretion around personal data.

What you’ll learn

  • End‑to‑end experience in recruitment operations and candidate journey design (from screening to hiring team coordination).
  • Practical employer‑branding skills: content planning, asset creation, and channel activation.
  • Exposure to onboarding and L&D roll‑outs, including communications and measurement.
  • How to collaborate in a professional services environment with multiple stakeholders.

Practicalities

  • Timing: September 2026 (exact start date to be agreed).
  • Location: Brussels (hybrid work possible in consultation).
  • Contract: Internship/traineeship agreement via your educational institution.
  • Equipment & tools: We provide access to our HR systems (incl. Jobylon) and templates
