The role of the coach is to guide you through the acclimation process, especially during the first few months, to facilitate your integration into the firm. Talent Development Programme

In our Talent Development Programme ("TOP"), we guide our lawyers at each level of seniority through the process of developing these soft skills and help them to become top professionals. 

The programme fosters the development of business knowledge, entrepreneurial skills (including client focus) and leadership skills (how to motivate others and leading a team).

Junior Training Programme

Our Junior Training Programme provides junior associates with insight into our main areas of expertise. As partners are also involved in the programme, informal contact between partners and junior associates is ensured from the outset.
