Your profile:
·Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
·Good Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
·Basic understanding of IT problem-solving, hardware/software troubleshooting, or desktop management in a Microsoft environment (previous internship or school projects are an advantage)
·Strong interest in IT operations, service desk support, and technical environments
·Ability to follow procedures while also proposing improvements where relevant
·Team player with the ability to work independently when required
Your tasks:
·Provide day-to-day support by assisting with all IT requests escalated by the IT Manager
·Assist the IT Manager during employee onboarding and prepare the necessary equipment for newcomers (computer, phone, user accounts, initial configuration etc)
·Participate in the full lifecycle of the firm’s computer equipment (installation, configuration, maintenance, and replacement of hardware and software)
·Help monitor and document IT inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of devices, licences, and equipment status
·Support the IT Manager in maintaining and updating technical documentation, procedures, and user guides
·Provide general administrative support related to IT (ticket documentation, follow-up with providers, basic reporting, etc.)
