Your profile
- Strong communication skills in French and a good command of English
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing tight deadlines

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and VAT
- Proficient in office software (Excel, PDF, Adobe - Aderant is a plus)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
- Eager to learn and grow professionally
Your responsabilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the Finance & Administration team
- Assist with payment processes: invoice collection, coding, banking entry, and control checks
- Process and file invoices efficiently
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers
