Your profile

  • Strong communication skills in French and a good command of English

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and VAT
  • Proficient in office software (Excel, PDF, Adobe - Aderant is a plus)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
  • Eager to learn and grow professionally

Your responsabilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Finance & Administration team
  • Assist with payment processes: invoice collection, coding, banking entry, and control checks
  • Process and file invoices efficiently
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers
