Congratulations! You've finished your studies and are ready for the real world. You now face a very important decision: where to work. Of course, your first decision is not final, but it's preferable to start your career on the right foot. Do you have strong academic qualifications, a flair for languages and a healthy dose of ambition? Having a good sense of humour is a bonus. If so, you should definitely check out our traineeships.
What is a traineeship?
A traineeship lasts three years and allows you to prepare for admission to the bar. Under the supervision of senior associates and partners, you will receive valuable on-the-job training and be entrusted with considerable responsibility. Furthermore, you will be able to fulfil your bar obligations (pro bono cases, classes, exams, etc.).
We provide assistance and support to help you fulfil the applicable formalities for admission to the legal profession as a self-employed person.
Coaching & training
To support trainees during their first years at NautaDutilh, we've created a special training programme. In addition to legal education courses, you will have the opportunity to attend sessions in your areas of interest. We also organise general classes on client management, business skills, soft skills, languages, time management, and computer skills.

Please send your CV, a cover letter and a transcript of your grades for each year at university.
