
Our Brussels office is looking for a Junior Associate, to start in September/October 2026, who is passionate about Corporate law and M&A.
These are often decisions that rely on legal expertise. This may involve supervising mergers and acquisitions, structuring joint ventures, setting up companies, or advising on corporate governance. It is often about complex structures – particularly in international cases. The quality of the decision making process in each instance relies on access to broad knowledge, insight and experience, combined with a solution-based approach.
You are

Your skills and experience
- Belgian master's degree in law with good academic results
- Dutch speaker with excellent command of English and French
- Excellent legal and analytical skills
- Willing to learn and grow
- Business minded with an eye for pragmatic solutions
- Able to prioritize and manage effectively multiple tasks
- Empathic team player
