Are you eager to help shape the growth of one of the leading Benelux law firms? We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented Business Development & Marketing Advisor to join our ambitious Business Development, Marketing & Communication (BMC) team in Brussels.
In this role, you will work closely with our lawyers and international BMC colleagues to strengthen the reputation of our firm, drive business opportunities, and support the growth of our practice. With your insights, advice and hands-on support, you will help translate market trends into commercial opportunities.
Your role
As BD & Marketing Advisor, you will play a versatile role in the BMC department. Your tasks include:
- Drafting pitches, proposals and submissions for directories such as Chambers and Legal 500.
- Managing and updating databases (eg. pitches, CRM, client listings).
- Supporting the BD Manager with daily operational tasks, including market, client, competitor and pricing analyses.
- Helping to organise events alongside our Event Coordinator.
- Providing backup support to the Communications Advisor by drafting intranet updates, website and LinkedIn posts, invitations and marketing materials.
- Offering general operational support to the BMC team.
About you
You are proactive, self-reliant and collaborative. A true team player with strong organisational skills and a hands-on mentality. You have:
- A degree in marketing, communications, law or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Dutch and French.
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; CRM experience is a plus).
- A creative, flexible and solution-driven mindset.
- A strong eagerness to learn and to support commercial growth.
- A “can-do” attitude and a natural team spirit.
