CDI, Full time, 10h-19h - Luxembourg Work permit required

Your tasks

  • day to day secretarial support to the team,
  • file management (opening, follow-up on KYC documents, preparation of standard documents & invoicing),
  • assistance on closings (RCS documents, compilation of execution versions, sending out originals)
  • maintain client database up to date,
  • creation & reviewing of documents/presentations.

Your profile

  • at least 2/3 year of experiences in a similar position, ideally in a law firm,
  • secretarial degree
  • fluent in English and French; German would be an asset,
  • excellent knowledge of office tools,
  • detail-oriented, organized, rigorous,
  • team player and proactive,
  • excellent presentation and professional approach.
