We have an open position
CDI, Full time, 10h-19h - Luxembourg Work permit required
Your tasks
- day to day secretarial support to the team,
- file management (opening, follow-up on KYC documents, preparation of standard documents & invoicing),
- assistance on closings (RCS documents, compilation of execution versions, sending out originals)
- maintain client database up to date,
- creation & reviewing of documents/presentations.
Your profile
- at least 2/3 year of experiences in a similar position, ideally in a law firm,
- secretarial degree
- fluent in English and French; German would be an asset,
- excellent knowledge of office tools,
- detail-oriented, organized, rigorous,
- team player and proactive,
- excellent presentation and professional approach.
