Your profile
- U.E. law degree, LL.M or equivalent would be an asset.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a Luxembourg Business Law firm
- Excellent language skills in English and French
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- An analytical mind-set and good organisational skills
- Detail-oriented, flexible, innovative and team-player.
Your duties
- Closely monitor and follow-up on legal developments in Company law (Luxembourg/EU directives/International level), Finance & Capital Markets, Financial Regulations & Investment Funds
- Coordinate and steer the development and maintenance of models, legal templates, and databases.
- Conduct legal research and contribute to the drafting and publication of legal documents such as memoranda, publications, presentations, or trainings.
