Our Luxembourg team provides practical and in-depth regulatory and legal advice on the structuring and establishment of Luxembourg alternative investment funds and UCITS. We also advise Luxembourg management companies and AIFMs on their day-to-day operations. We focus on US, UK and EU-based fund managers structuring Luxembourg funds and/or expanding their activities in Europe.
Your career
- You hold a master’s degree in law, holding an LL.M. would be an additional asset
- You have gained 5 to 7 years’ experience in a reputable Luxembourg funds practice in the field of structuring, setting-up and advising Luxembourg alternative funds (e.g. regulated and non-regulated private equity, debt, RE & infrastructure funds). Experience in opened-end vehicles and UCITS would be an asset.
- You have strong analytical and drafting skills, are open-minded, entrepreneurial, dynamic and able to work autonomously
- You like challenges and aspire to progress in a stimulating, energetic and powerful working environment
- You are team-player and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have are fluent in English
