NautaDutilh' s banking and capital markets team combines domestic know-how and international scope covering the full range of banking and finance work. Our deals go from straight forward to complex structuring (acquisition financing, securitisations, bond issues, IPOs).
Your profile
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience as an Associate in Banking & Finance law, with a focus on Capital Markets, gained within a Luxembourg law firm
- You are admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (Avoué)
- You hold a EU law degree; an LL.M. or equivalent qualification in Banking & Finance law would be considered an asset
- You demonstrate strong analytical and drafting skills, combined with a proactive, open-minded and autonomous approach
- You are motivated by challenges and eager to grow in a stimulating and dynamic working environment
- You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You have a very good command of English, both written and spoken
