As our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting top legal talent, strengthening our employer brand, and shaping the employee journey from candidate to colleague. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing and colleagues across our international offices, taking ownership of impactful projects that help position NautaDutilh as an employer of choice.

What you'll do

Build and strengthen our employer brand

You'll help bring our culture and values to life, ensuring that talented professionals discover what makes NautaDutilh unique.

  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that reinforce our position as a leading law firm and employer.
  • Manage and grow our employer presence across online and offline channels.
  • Create engaging campaigns and content for Instagram, LinkedIn, our website and other communication platforms, together with our Business Development, Marketing & Communication team.
  • Coordinate employer branding projects, including employer marketing materials and branded merchandise.
  • Identify new ways to engage and attract future talent.

Drive recruitment and talent acquisition

You'll take ownership of recruitment processes and ensure candidates enjoy an outstanding experience from first contact to onboarding.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy intake through to hiring.
  • Ensure a professional, efficient and positive candidate journey.
  • Maintain, optimise and further develop our Applicant Tracking System (Jobylon).
  • Publish and manage vacancies across multiple channels.
  • Build strong partnerships with recruitment agencies and sourcing partners.
  • Represent NautaDutilh at job fairs (period: September - November), campus events and recruitment initiatives.

Collaborate across borders

As part of an international HR team, you'll work closely with colleagues in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

  • Align recruitment, employer branding and HR initiatives across offices.
  • Share best practices and contribute to international HR projects.
  • Support a consistent employee experience within our Benelux organisation.

Contribute to HR projects and employee experience

Beyond recruitment and branding, you'll help shape initiatives that strengthen engagement, inclusion and development.

  • Lead and support HR projects that enhance both the employee and candidate experience.
  • Coordinate and support Inclusion & Diversity initiatives.
  • Contribute to Learning & Development projects and programmes.
  • Help organise internal events, celebrations, networking opportunities and engagement activities.

Your profile

You are an enthusiastic and proactive HR professional who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and bringing ideas to life.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Law or a related field, or equivalent through experience.
  • Experience or strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and HR administration.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and compelling content creation.
  • Experience with digital tools and systems; familiarity with ATS platforms such as Jobylon is a plus.
  • Affinity with technology and digital communication; experience managing website content is an advantage.
  • Strong command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French is an asset in our Brussels office.
  • A hands-on, solution-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Discreet, accurate, trustworthy and highly professional.
