Our Brussels office is looking for an Associate who is passionate about Corporate Law and M&A.

These are often decisions that rely on legal expertise. This may involve supervising mergers and acquisitions, structuring joint ventures, setting up companies, or advising on corporate governance. It is often about complex structures – particularly in international cases. The quality of the decision making process in each instance relies on access to broad knowledge, insight and experience, combined with a solution-based approach.

You are

A self-reliant professional with a team spirit who likes to work in a professionally demanding environment.

Your skills and experience

  • Belgian Master Degree in Law with good academic results
  • Experience (five to seven years) would be valued
  • Dutch or French speaker with excellent command of English and good command of the other national language
  • Excellent legal and analytical skills
  • Business minded with an eye for pragmatic solutions
  • Able to prioritise and manage effectively multiple tasks
  • Empathic team player
